Double the floor. Halve the footprint.

Whether you store a weekend car above the daily driver or service classics yourself, a properly engineered residential lift turns a single bay into two. We specify, install, anchor, and inspect every system to ALI standards.

Lift Types

The right lift, for the right job.

Every garage has a ceiling, a slab, and a use case. We help you sort through them.

01 — Four-Post Storage

Four-Post Storage Lifts

The most popular residential lift. Drive on, lift up, park a second vehicle underneath. Rolling jack trays and caster kits available. Capacities from 8,000 to 14,000 lbs.

  • Capacities from 8,000 to 14,000 lbs — passenger car through full pickup
  • Standard or extended length for crew-cab trucks and SUVs
  • Rolling jack trays for tire and brake service
  • Caster kits available for moving the lift between bays
  • Minimum ceiling typically 11' for standard vehicles
02 — Two-Post Service

Two-Post Service Lifts

The lift of choice for hands-on enthusiasts. Symmetric and asymmetric configurations, clear-floor and overhead designs. Reach every corner of the vehicle without obstruction.

  • Symmetric, asymmetric, or versymmetric arm configurations
  • Clear-floor (overhead bar) or low-profile baseplate designs
  • Capacities from 9,000 to 12,000 lbs
  • ALI-certified hydraulic systems with single-point air release
  • Requires engineered concrete slab — we verify before quoting
03 — Mid-Rise Scissor

Mid-Rise Scissor Lifts

Where ceiling height is limited but service access is needed, a portable scissor lift raises the vehicle 48 inches and folds flat into the floor when not in use. Ideal for detail work, brakes, and exhaust.

  • Folds flush into recessed slab pockets or sits surface-mounted
  • 6,000 lb typical capacity — passenger cars and light SUVs
  • Pendant control with safety lock at multiple positions
  • Excellent option for low-ceiling basement garages
Installation Standards

Engineered. Anchored. Inspected.

A vehicle lift is a piece of life-safety equipment. We treat every install accordingly.

i

Slab Verification

We core-test or core-sample your slab before quoting. If your concrete isn't rated, we tell you, and we won't install over it.

ii

ALI-Certified Equipment

We install only Automotive Lift Institute–certified lifts. No grey-market, no surplus, no unverified imports.

iii

Anchor & Plumb

Hilti or Red Head wedge anchors to manufacturer torque spec. Plumb verified at all four posts before first cycle.

iv

Function Test & Training

We cycle the lift fully loaded, walk through every safety, and train you on operation before we hand over the keys.

Add the lift you've been planning.

Send us your garage's interior height, slab age, and what you'd like to lift. We'll come back with two or three options sized to fit.
