Within one business day, a member of our design team will call to introduce themselves, learn a little about your goals, and find a time to visit your home. The call typically takes ten to fifteen minutes.
A principal designer comes to your home, walks the garage with you, takes precise measurements, photographs the existing space, and discusses materials, colors, and priorities. Allow about an hour. There is no charge.
Within five to seven business days, you'll receive a written proposal with line-itemed pricing, material specifications, and — for makeover projects — preliminary 3D renderings of the finished garage.
We revise as needed — swap materials, adjust the scope, refine the layout — until the proposal genuinely matches what you want. Most projects go through one or two revisions before final approval.
Once approved, your project is scheduled. Lead times vary by season and scope — typically three to six weeks for a single-service project, four to ten weeks for a complete makeover.
A principal-supervised crew completes the work to a fixed schedule, with daily communication and daily cleanup. The project closes with a walk-through, a punch list, and the keys back in your hand.
